In compliance with Florida statues 1012.32 and 1001.62, the College is required to conduct background checks on all applicants recommended for employment, current employees who have direct contact with school age children, volunteers, interns and students pre-enrolled in the school of Education, Criminal Justice and Medical programs.
Any person who refuses to undergo a background check will be disqualified from employment, internships, volunteering opportunities and admission to the specified schools.
