Room for Self-Improvement
The Fitness Program offers various group exercise classes to complement your weekly workout.
These are six-week classes for an affordable rate of $19 each. The classes are taught in our aerobic studios located in the Gibson Building, designed with state of the art sound equipment, mirrors that make it easy to view the instructor, and ample room space for movement.
