RJ has been in the Healthcare IT space for over 10 years in various roles, such as Manager of Clinical Decision Support, BI Solutions Architect and an EMR Implementation Consultant. Prior to going into Healthcare IT, RJ worked as a Registered Nurse for close to 5 years on a Medical Surgical, Neurology and Telemetry Unit. Combining these two very different disciplines has provided RJ with great insight into each of the roles that he has had.

RJ has spoken at various conferences and engagements discussing healthcare analytics. His most notable were at the Health Data Analytics Conference in 2020, Cerner Health Conference in 2017 and Dimensional Insight User Conference in 2014. RJ also hosts the Cerner Special Interest Group for the Health Data Analytics Association since 2017. RJ hopes that his involvement in the healthcare analytics space can bring upon better patient care and a lasting change in healthcare in the United States.
