The Radiation Therapy Program at Miami Dade College conducts an annual review of program outcomes, including credentialing examination pass rates, retention, job placement, program goals, and student learning outcomes. Program faculty and staff evaluate the results and share findings with the Advisory Committee, which reviews outcome data, employer and graduate feedback, and provides recommendations to support continuous program improvement and ensure the program meets the needs of students, employers, and the profession.
